After months of planning and development, my team and I revamped the company website and it went viral yesterday. We jam-packed the new site with indispensable up-to-date real estate strategies, re-structured, beautified and launched. Many, many thanks to all the wonderful, clever people who contributed!

The launch of our new website coincides with a revolutionary shift in effective online business and we’ve redefined our approach to keep up with the pace. In short, we are offering complete and total online access of tried, tested and true U.S. real estate investment techniques online, also known as: open-sourcing.

For our new site, I decided to start streaming videos that, until now, were limited access multimedia. I like to call it, ‘the school of hard-knocks’ because it’s all our techniques we’ve used that repeatedly demonstrate cash flow results.

As Canadians continue to hear about the wealth of opportunity in U.S. real estate, there are still a lot of considerations to be had. Is there money to make? Absolutely – and we’ve been cashing in on as many deals as possible for some time. At this stage, most Canadians who jumped on the bandwagon at the early stage are already starting to see returns.

The question for those who waited is: is there still opportunity? Definitely, if you do it right.

Word on the street is, Canadians all over the country (from banks to independent investors) are taking on U.S. real estate investments. Given the current U.S. market conditions, most U.S. real estate investors are setting up shop as landlords to create passive streams of income through their property. Our company is out there actively engaged in U.S. property acquisition, sales and ownership. We teach other Canadians about the markets we’re into, relevant regulations, resources – basically all the knowledge we’ve gained from direct experience.

U.S. foreclosures across the nation operate within different market conditions and state regulations. There are certain states and cities within states that favor flipping or rental cash flow and other areas that foreign investors may just want to stay away from. The new website is geared towards a DIY guide just chalked full of amazingly simple strategies and ways to connect with people or get more specifically-tailored information.
